AC unexplainably low

I have 12 dex and am not weighted down.  Race, Aasimar.  My naked AC is 7.  My equipped AC is too low too.  I'm not aware of any "curses" or other in game modifiers that would explain it.  Any suggestions?

Were you entangled (by Entangle spell, Ettercap's ability or Web spell) sometime earlier? It's a common bug by Bioware, that when you are entangled, you'll lose AC as it should be, however sometimes the effects continue.

 Relogging should fix the problem, if not, then i have no clue.
