Please Help Me

I tried to log in and it says invalid character because im equipped with a item level refused by servers restrictions.. How can i get this taken care of? Please any help would be appreciated.

Log directly into planes.layonara.com:5121 using the usual password. Unequip any new items you may have gotten in the last few days, then save/rest and take the portal to West.
  Post here when you have done this.

Ive enter the planes took off the braces (i know that has to be the itme that has done this to me) put them inventory and rested took portal to try and go to west server and got booted and still cant join west or planes to repeat process
P.S. Also took necklace that i might not be able to use yet.. and i can log onto west now i just get booted so ill give it a rest for the night..

I'm still showing your start location to be on the Planes server, so please log directly into planes.layonara.com:5121, double check that all possibly offending equipment has been removed, save/rest and then use the yellow portal that is there to go to West. Do not try to log directly into West..
  The portal process will boot you, but once it does, close down NWN and log into west.layonara.com:5121 and you should be all set.
