Staff of the Sun

I have heard that a Staff of the Sun aids in turning undead and as a cleric of Aeridin this is of great interest to me.  I am looking for someone who knows the properties of this staff and also someone who might be able to make one.  I can obtain the materials but lack the skills to make one.  I would also like to find out the price that would be charged for the task.  Thanks.
