I know alot of work went into making the cut scene, and it is cool.
But as it is mentioned in
this thread, it still seems to not work quite as expected, so perhaps this idea might help some?
When a person is killed and loses their 10th Soul Strand, the first action the server takes prior to the cutscene is to cast Time Stop centered on the dead person, preferrably a double-length Time Stop.
If I remember right as to how it was modified, Time Stop is limited to the area it is cast in, not the whole server as it used to be, or maybe I am wrong. *scratches head* It's a little late for me right now, and I can't find details...
