old character

I have a previously accepted character on this server, but now I am having trouble logging in to play her.  Granted it has been about 6 months since I played.  The character's name is Kaelani Blackwillow.  She is in the character generation still but I cannot actually log into the server.  I just need to know If I need to make a new character or if the server's info has just changed.

Make sure you have all the latest downloads.  Also make sure you are logging into the same server your character was last saved on. (ie West, Central or East). If you are still having problems connecting please post with the specific message you are receiving when "not being allowed to log into the server".
