V3 Question

I dont know much about the V3 release, or if V3 was even released yet, but two files mention on this forum:  Click me  Are not available anymore.  Any Idea where they went?  I was hopin to get in on the V3 release fun at some point and I think I'm missing something important.  Thanks

V3 is not realesed yet.
  Both files still work for me, and if you want information about V3 go to the Layonara Server forum, to look at what is going to happen, and how.
  And your not gonna miss anything.

I had a similiar problem when I clicked on the link it added text to the new window.  
I removed the additional text and made it look like the hyperlink and it worked fine.
There are five files to download that I have found so far.
