[/SIZE][/SIZE][SIZE=13]Rumors have begun to spread of a man called the "Dream Granter" threatening the area around Port Hempstead with some sort of cult-like behavior and Dangerous magics. Strange things have been reportedly seen by both city Guards and towns-folk alike, and the foreboding statues that have sprung up infront of the homes of many missing people has begun to become to common.
Anyone encountering, or seeing any man offering promises to people should report them Immediately to one of two places, the city guard, or Shiff Dragonheart who has taken up residence in various camp sites around the city and country side. He can easily be identified by the Crimson and Gold armor bearing the symbol of a Dragon clutching a heart.
Anyone wishing to aid Shiff Dragonheart in arms or council is urged to seek him out immediately.
