You bet. Got an Aeridinite Cleric at level 7, ready for adventure (though, as you'll find out, he refuses to kill unless ABSOLUTELY needed - and doesn't tend to aid those who don't go with his morals). Great for just RP, too.
Got a half-orc barbarian (level eight) who's dumber than your average stump, ready for bashing and RP (though he's not much of a conversationalist
).
Got Pyyran, 17th level Rogue/Duelist who currently can't earn XP, but who will gladly spin bardish tales and is my favorite char for RP of ALL sorts.
