No head after sub-race activation, need some help

I got Gorje approved today, logged in and all went well. Except that he has no head...I picked a regular NWN head (and I have installed all the Layo heads in my Override folder), but no good. no head for Gorje unless he wears a helm. Also, I think I forgot to paste my description during the creation and his chosen voice set (none seemed to fit him all that well) is a bit off or OOC at times. I can get over the voice set, but the first two should be dealt with.

I will be on in a few hours and again briefly tomorrow, around 2pm *Pacific*.

Is Gorje a half-giant? If so, ask a GM in-game to set your head to something between 1 and 6, inclusive.

Yes, he is a Half Giant... I must have missed something to set it correctly. Thanks, I will try to catch a DM soon...all have been too busy lately.

Not that it matters now, but with half-giants, it's best to keep the default head selection when creating the character. If you go up too high, the half giant won't show a head.
