Curse Not Transfering Between Servers

Description: I was cursed in the Frozen Marches on the West Server. When I teleport to the Central Server I am no longer cursed. When I portal back, I am cursed again. The same issue with Bulls Strength.

Location: Frozen Marches, Haft Lake, and Fort Wayfare.

Verified: Yes, it has happened on multiple occasions, different days, and different server resets.

Reproducable: Yes.

Spell effects in general are not remembered across servers (or server resets).  One server does not know what spells were cast upon a PC on another server.

I think not only to those effects. As I understand it does not transfer any temporal buffs or increases beetwen servers.

The same happens sometimes when someone dies and its bound on the other server, When one jumps back the reduction of the stats stands even after the recovery..
