Need a mithril tower sheild?

Upon taking inventory in my store I came across this shield, slightly used by an old acquaintance of mine, long forgotten in my personal crates.

I require no coins for it. What I require is either an emerald ring or a mithril short sword of fine quality with a greater fire enchantment applied to the blade.

If you have an offer of coins a deal can be worked, as long as the amount will pay for one of the two items listed above.
