Deities and temples

Just a quick question really, also inspired by the enchanting pools debate.

I admit, I haven't seen a vast area of the world, but I was just wondering how many of the deities have temples in and around layonara, and how many of them were just described in the handbook for detail?.

 All of them have at least one temple somewhere in the world.
  Not all temples are mentioned in the handbook though so you'll need to explore to find them all.
