Changing Character Photo?

Is there a way to change your character's in game photo after they've been created?  I had these two I wanted to use for two of my characters but I couldn't get them to be TGA files so I couldn't use them.  I still wanted to play so I used other photos.  I think I can change the photos to TGA now and let you have them to add to the file with all the photos but I don't think I can change it in the game, can I?

  If you take the name of the photo you don't want, and swap it with tha name of the photo you do want the portrait will look different to YOU. However unless you can get everyone to do the same thing, they'll still see the old photo.
