    Can Rangers Track?
    « on: August 13, 2005, 11:12:00 PM »
Just wondering if Rangers in Layo are supplied with a tracking tool, as I've seen on some other servers, or otherwise given some way to Track. If so, could someone please tell me what it is and how it works?

There is no tracking tool on Layonara. But of course rangers are encouraged to use their tracking skills on quests. Use skills like spot and search for tracking, and RP what you do and you will be able to track down your luck if need be.  :)

What Harlas said.  Use your spot and search skills to find tracks, broken twigs, etc.  I have also used my ability to communicate with animals to find out which direction something went.   Then you can also have a panther companion which can use it smell sense to track someone. Or perhaps you can persuade another animal in the forest to lead you. Remember not seeing any animals does not mean they are not there. The forest is filled with various kind of animals.
