Forum clock off?

Today I edited my character submission and noticed that the time posted on the "Edited by" note was 15min. fast.  This was on the: GMT; PST; and my own personal computers clocks. Just wondering if you are aware of this. I just have to ask *sorry* is the server clock fast to?

According to the clock on the forums now and according to the clock on the server itself it looks like the forum is at the right time and the server may be slightly fast but only by a minute or so....
