Id like to apply for a CDQ for one of my charecter but what keeps stopping me is I have no idea how to attach my Charecter Development sheet to my request . If someone could help explain how do this that would be great thank.

What are you refering to as a character development sheet? Your submission bio? Character developmet thread? Something you have written in a word processor?

If I understand what you're saying, you should just keep a Character Development thread on the forums here:

When you apply for a CDQ, just put a link to that thread in your request.

What i mean is when i post my request to a Gm for my CDQ how do I get my chartect development sheet from the forum that it is in at the moment, so it can be with my request which get will posted in the right forum

If I understand this right you want your entire Character Development Thread to be posted with your application for a CDQ. You can just provide a link to that thread which you can copy from the address bar and paste into the request thread, the GM can then follow that link to see your dev. thread.
