Heh, Pyyran regularly uses fishing arrows. The only thing is that he doesn't hang on to the line that's attatched, or, as is more often the case (when he has time!) he unties them and saves the string, to retie when he wants to fish.
Other than being able to fish with them, they're mechanically identical to the normal arrows.
