Okay, so Ash Willo and Kyle Pandorn are teaching my character Rhynn Elven..

How long generally would I have to rp this before requesting an Ear?

  Usually, it takes at least a RL month of good, solid RP in learning the language, though generally more like 3 RL months or more
  (side note: one of my characters has been RPing learning Elvish for over 1 RL year, and hasn't gained the language ear yet...though that's largely my own fault)
