[SIZE=16]A group of elementalists within the Tower copied the design and modified it to fit the travellers needs, sooner than later, many of these were being sold to enterprising adventurers and the odd item collector.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=16]This particular set of boots was designed to deal with the environment in the primitive Pool of the Earth. Protecting the wearer from the natural acid baths it contained and allowing for focus in the normally shaky environment. Now finding far more uses in those that deal with the many spells of the elements or simply a tendency to get in unstable situations. A fine set of boots for spellcasters and fighters alike.
