Question regardings colours

Are the new colours (well, not so new anymore) in the game? o.0 I've looked around and I can't really find them >.>

Not yet.  

You can see some of them when you mess around with the loom, but I don't think you can see the full range of colors (if I remember right from the last time I was playing around there), but the vendors don't sell the dyes yet.
