Have the long running quest forums been transferred? I can't see them if they have been. Thank you

We are working on rights. At one time we had them but due to issues that came up we had to rework a lot of them again. Orth is working on all forums for all of the rights. Sorry for the delay, he is cranking on them as fast as he can.
