Some Ginger not craftable

I gathered some ginger the other day. I went to make some potions with it and the new ginger was not considered Ginger. It looks a little different then the old stuff. I was able to get some of the old looking ginger and it worked fine.

Please tell me the area that you gathered the ginger in so that we know what area to update. I didn't place the ginger and have no idea where to look to try and fix this problem. Giving us the area of the new ginger (the one that doesn't work) and the old ginger (the one that does work) will allow for me to search this down.

Sorry upon further investigation. I got Ginsing and ginger mixed up. I was wrong sorry about the mix up. I'll try not to make a stupid mistake like that again.

So are you saying that Ginseng is not usable for crafting? or that you tried to use Ginseng where you should have used Ginger?

I used Ginseng thinking it was ginger. Of course it is not craftable as ginger. I did not craft the Ginsing as Ginsing at all. I got rid of it.

I say again. I'm really sorry about the mix up. I hate wasting your time. So please disregard/delete this thread.

Oh, alright.  I just wanted to make sure that it was a confusion in ingredients and not a genuine inability to craft with something and just getting the name wrong on the report.
