I'll gladly buy that 3rd circle electrical enhancement from you for 10,000.  Unfortunately, it means I wont' be able to afford the diamond dusts for a few more trips, but my new axe wants some bite on it!  Hold onto the dusts and I'll buy those as soon as I save up some more gold for them.
