Does the con bonus for half-giants get added on for hp bonus when you level.  I have a cleric that is leveling and only getting 9 hp per level max with a 16 con which should be +3.  Is this a glich?  He got 11 hp for level 1

The bonus is factored in after the level because of the way the sub-race has to be implemented.

Still on hiatus.  I'm sure my original characters are long gone, too.
