permanent stuck open chest

Description: Large chest stuck open.  Removed all contents and logged out/in to attempt correction; chest remained open.  Tried to troubleshoot by locking/unlocking chest; made things worse.  Now I have a "locked" stuck open chest.  Chest originally placed by Kurgin so I cannot use furniture tool to destroy placeable and recover deed.
 
 Location: 246 Pranz, Half-Lake District (Kurgin and Durgen Stormbrow abode).

 Reproducable: Yes.  I have logged in two or three times over the period of three days and the chest remains open; I cannot access or close.

Relogging doesn't change the chests when they're stuck open.  The only thing that helps is a server reboot.  Leave everything out of the chest until the next restart.

You can also destroy the chest if you own it and place it again, and that will solve it.
