People Properties Bug?

Description:  Well I logged in twice now and this thing shows up, that Skin, that say PC Properties.  I could examine it to show you what it says but it doesn't say anything.  and it doesn't go away after rest, either

Ignore it, or have a GM remove it from your inventory when one is around in-game and available.
