I'd like a confirmation and official statement on the house owning policies.

Is it one house per player

or

One house per PC?

Per PC.

But try also to be a responsible member of the community.  Just because a person has 6 characters doesn't mean they should have a house for each.

No but then it means I had the house of Rain transfered for absolutely nothing when I was under the understanding (through a gm saying that I had too many things under his name (guild hall, one house that was under his name but was willed to the guild)) that it was per Player. I transfered it so I could buy Lex'or's house because I was unintentionally mislead.

If I ask for the deeds to be transfer back because of that, would it cost me one plea?

Guild houses don't count in the total, as they're special cases.

Your best bet is to as the person to whom it was transferred to transfer it back. I don't think we're going to approve any request to take assets from one PC and give them to another.

It's Sonya (his wife) that has it now I'll ask her to post for the approval.
