would it be allowed for a player to purchase a house in Vehl? I've seen places in hempstead, but those all seem to be guilds, not housing per sé. Soooo, is that the same situation with Vehl? w

From my understanding there is no player housing in Vehl. If you want a house in Vehl you will need to buy a house somewhere on the West server and have it moved to an unused door in Vehl. Moving the house will cost you additional true.

Secondly the housing in Port Hempstead is more then just guild housing. My character Buddy owns a non-guild house in Port Hempstead.

Good luck finding a house for sale. They dont come up for sale anymore. People just hand them to friends.

If you are after storage try and sweet talk someone who own a house... but if you want to decorate and desing... best of luck geting a place of your own!

Also no new player housing is being added (least this was the last word I recall hearing on player housing)

This is the case.  We only have the one server (two servers, but one physical machine), and both are running very close to the limit of how many areas they can sustain in a module.  Rather than add player housing (which really is seldom used for anything but storage), we'd prefer to reserve what little space we have left for cool new areas/plot-related stuff.

Player housing does come available (and is available in some places already, I believe) on West, and is certainly available on Central, though the latter would not allow you to have a door in Vehl hooked up to it.
