mine is set at max 195, which means I can't upload the portrait for Sarah Jane without re-zipping each file individually.

I see others posting files around 300, is this a permissions issue?  her entire pack is 320.

Are you sure the others that you are looking at aren't .rar (which have a larger maximum size)?
