I am in search of someone who will not fail at this task as my funds are low and I cannot afford another emerald.

 Answering at Zira's request:  Cost with your emerald is 36,000 trues, item guaranteed.  If you don't want the single dust left from cutting the stone, we can reduce that by 10,000 trues.  However, you may some day want a greater acid resistance.  That takes 4 dusts, and even a a ground-up emerald only gives 3 dusts.
