Weapon Ineffective

Orth ... the Herring and the bass schools in the Blackford Castle West Outskirts are still reporitng Weapon Ineffective when you try to fish them.  As well as lake Palden schools of bass.  The school of Herring in the Blackford Castle South Outskirts is working just fine.
