Me start to write journal so dat me family can read someday of all things me do.  Mistone big place and me just now starts to look around some.  Me meets some good fighters and we go to mines of Haven to kill Ogres, me have hard time, but good friends do well and we get head to gives to man.  Me meet some people that know big brudder Dorax, but me still no see him.  Me like special axe for Dwarves, work really well for killing bad things.  Me have uncle, who use axe like dat, he real good fighter, special fighter called Dwarven Defender, I hope one day be like him.

Me happy to find many friends of Dorax, they help me lots, show me how to fight better.  Me likes help people too, fighting is just natural for me.  I help deliver things for woman near Krandor place.  I also helps Gaurd man in Fort Last.  Hlint had many jobs for me too, do most of dem.  Me needs to find Dorax, tell him dat father wants see him again.  Soon I find him me thinks.  Til den me keeps fighting and helping people.

Oh, this big place and me find many dangers so far.  I still not find Dorax, but keep helping people when day ask.  I want to help in dis fight against Bloodstone Sinthar.  Me keep training and hopefully can make a difference.  Me keep training wit me axe, working on me combat skills. Giants big, but me family fight for generations and I know a trick to make harder for dem to hit me.  Hope me father proud.  Hey! Me beard getting better.

Sorry for taking so long to write again in me journal.  Da war with Bloodstone over now, he dead I tink, but world is dark and colder now.  Cold not a problem for dwarf like me, but me tink dat skinny humans and elves must be real cold.  I still see many tings all over and getting better wit me axe.  I know Dorax still around, but still can't find him.....me wonder how father is.  I hope good, maybe soon I go to Lar to check on family.  I meet new friends, Tajucin, Star, Januk, and dis grumpy old elf woman Caniel.  She make me laugh though. Good at making me fight better wit magic.  I getting stronger every day seems.  I see now why some dwarves like Vorax.  Vorax is strong and always shows strength when fighting, I respect dat, maybe Dorax know something I don't....soon I find him and ask him.

OUCH! Me feel the sting of death today and Soul Mother visit me for first time.  Me no like having Soul Mother visit.  I decide to take a trip home to Lar, see ogres, kill ogres, but some ogres have magic and it hurts.  I need be stronger, learn dwarven stance to help against attack and destroy evil ogres...especially so close to my home.  I need get help and conquer in Grey Peak Mountains, make ogres flee.

Something must be done to make safe the path to Lar.  The more me thinks about ogres in mountains the more me thinks that a safe route must be made.  Who will stand with me?  I meet good friends in adventures and maybe some will help.  I now have a purpose to defend home from ogres, defend trade routes for Dorand's crafters, and defend travelers in mountains.  This must be good....I will seek others who agree, we make plan.

Hmmm, making plan not easy.  Ogres will be made to submit, I will find those who want to help me, we join together and explore how to make safe route to Lar.  Today I come across evil men, one human, two halflings and surprised dat two dwarves with them too.  They must have been paid to cause trouble, but who pay for that. Me think ogres must be part of it somehow.  I will try to find answers.  I go back to Mountains now, continue to work on me battle stance.

Travels to and from mountains still hard from so many ogres.  I keep training and planning to rid da Greypeaks of dem ogres.  It was good dat I help dat young Dawson boy...guess he broke a few chairs lately, needed a good one so I ran some errands and tracked down some plans all the way in Berhagen....hmm, dat make me think...In Berhagen der were giants..in Greypeaks ders ogres.  Hmmm, mountains seem to have ogres and giants, I think more bout dat later.  Anyway I got plans, and this other man make reinforcement for chair...out of metal!  He must be a smart un.

I'm just gettin frustrated...can't seem to get this Defensive stance down jus roigh.  Talkin to Wanark about it and he sugges ah get a teacher, then da next day he introduce me to a fine beard named Fenrir Thornaxe.  Fenrir agreed ta instruct me some.  I followed a group a kinsmen deep into da Fens for platinum ore.  We fought many a trolls, Fenrir gave me some good pointers and I studied him closely.  He even put me to a couple a tests again da trolls der.  I got a nice trophy head off a one and I plan to make some soup outta it later, after it ripens up some, always tastes better dat way momma always said.  I'll be lookin for Fenrir from time to time so he can keep teachin me.  

Ah haven had much progress in gettin dose ogres in line up in da Grey peaks, just have to kill da ones ah run across.  I'll keep workin on it...maybe I'll ask Fenrir next time I see's him.

I saw Fenrir and a whole bunch a other dwarves today...we seem pretty intent on gettin platinum so that proper suits of armor can be made fer da dwarves at Bloody Gate.  Productive trip....tink there was enough to make 10 suits of Armor.  I have nae been back to da Grey Peaks, but there's urgent need in da Bloody Gate...at least dat's what Wanark says.  And I'm happy to be helpin and spendin time wit the dwarven brothers.

Well, I decide I need a change for a while so I travel to Prantz by using the portal in Dorax's house.  I talk to some adventurer's there but they not want me join them *shrugs* that okay, I don't know them anyway.  I leave the city and go north, see a giant, he hit hard and almost kill me but somehow I survive.  Then I meet other friends who help me and we travel together.  I even meet Kurgaz, Dwarven Defender.  I tell him about my oath to make path to Lar safe for Dwarves and others alike from them ogres who plague the Grey Peak Mountains.  He agree that good cause and took some time to show me a little about dwarven stance.  Maybe I see him soon and learn more.  I have not seen Fenrir in some time, but that okay, I seek to learn from all Defender's.
