Rolf knows Taislin well (which makes it a matter of personal honour for him) and he is a very good friend of Taislins former master. If he meets a halfing who wont show his face then rest assured he will assume the worst. Also we have a wonderful new spell called Deity Relation which gives a scale of the targets standing with our deity from "same deity" to "enemy". However in your case I think we have to make a new scale: Mist, allied, friendly, neutral, unfriendly, enemy, Taislin.

Lots of haflings may not show their face or wear a helmet, but then again on a matter of such importance Rolf is willing to pull of more than a few helmets.

As much of a newbie as I am to Layonara, I really do try to ask people their names before calling them by their names.

I was walking around a few days ago and I saw a really spiffy looking halfling (Taislin) asking folks not to call him by his name and such and, despite it having nothing to do with me, I was kind of put off that, despite his saying "// I'm in disguise, I'm not Taislin." people would still call him by his name.

Anyway Varnart, I dunno what Taislin looked like before, but he looked pretty good in disguise.
