*tacked on below this is a note in careful manuscript of blue ink*  A strange halfling gent was spotted by me as well from the guard tower of Hlint. I noticed that he attemps to sneak up from the rear of folks. Very unnerving. If Master Cronk reads this he might check his belongings as the gent seemed to like Master Cronk's shadow for a time. He made no direct action against me, but did attempt to sneak behind me for whatever his reasons are. Similarly described as Lady Karana's gent. Reccomending anyone seeing someone of this description be wary.

If this is a player that is stealing in game (via pickpocket or something like that) this is against the rules of the server. This needs to stop immediately if it is happening. If not it is grounds for banning.

This thief, who gave his name as Taislin, was seen at the well in Hlint last night filling canteens. He was confronted by myself, Tegan, Elgon, and one of the Hearth brothers. He attempted to flee into the house next to the bindstone first but was stopped by a warning shot from my bow into the doorframe. When further questioned, he fled once again into East Hlint to a second house which he claimed he owned as well, the last house by the gate next to Raven Trade. He was once again prevented from entering by an arrow in the door latch and when pressed for answers as to intentions while in town, he fled out the gate and disappeared into the night. Beware, this one is fast and nimble. Perhaps his claims to house ownership should be investigated as to authenticity. It is unkown whether he truely possesses deeds to either of these properties or if he has gained entry through unlawful means. If the claims are true and the thief does indeed own the houses, I appologize for the arrow holes in the door, however I will do whatever I can to bring him to justice.

Oh gods, fret not over whether it was right to prevent him from entering--his is a name and attitude familiar to many. He is indeed a thief, and a poor enough one to cause self-respecting thieves everywhere to cringe a bit and find a new name for themselves, I'm sure. Maybe this time, we could punish a wayward mage by tying a rope to the halfling's neck and making him into a wizard's familiar. That'd be punishment enough for the both of them, right?

Or maybe sold as a pet for a noble with a masochistic streak (since surely no others would buy)? I'll think on it.

I would like to state that this halfling also tried to pick my pocket while I was laying innocently in the grass, I'm afraid , in my anger that I draged him outside, and threatened to magic missle him. Exodus persuaded me not to and in the end I dragged him back into town and dropped him in front of Garent, making a report.  *looks up at Acacea's note* Making him a familiar? Really? Oh dear...Now I feel bad for threatening him with magic....

Oh great, the wee lil bugger who runs into the temples when the priests are off duty and pretends like he's actually taunting them?  I'd expect ONLY the best there... *rolls eyes*

*Syn reads the posts and shrugs, adding a small note*

Someone needs to teach him a lesson again, it seems his time in prison wasn't enough.

*Rhynn looks at the note once again, making a face at the vile potion she's being forced to endure" Blexing! Tastes terrible! Bleh! Why do I bother? *she reads Karana's note about the bounty*

"So...is it against my nature to kill..or is killing a wrong doer a good cause...I think I'll just drag him to Master Ozymandias, he's been wanting to kill him for sport...So, Adorable halfling, the hunt is on.."

*As Michaelis rides off from Hlint following the discussion he had with the anonymous hero regarding the death of Cole he gets wind of this and sighs*
*he mumbles* Another petty theif. There is no room in this world for this nonsense. I do hope he is caught and dealt with in a just manner. *he rides off on noble steed toward Llast, his armor gleaming silver and gold, bright is his helm, his banner proudly displayed*
