Possible Sighting of Enemy Scout

Recently I received word of a creature similar in appearance to the scouts employed by Bloodstone's army prior to its assault on Pranzis.  This creature was spotted inside the Dungeon of the Eye in the Sword Rust Mountains.  It was a dark hooded and robed figure bearing a staff with an eye stalk on the end of the staff.  It behaved in a manner similar to these former scouts - disregarding those around it until blocked or repeatedly bothered, whereupon it unleashed deadly magicks.

Scouting the Dungeon of the Eye, myself, shortly afterwards, I found nothing unusual nor any trace of the creature.

A Similar being was found in Hlint. Perhaps the same one tht later led to the mountains?

I'm getting sick of these eyestaff folk, leading people half way across a continent following them only to have them up and disappear.
