The Dire Bear Leather armour doesn't seem to Soak damage anymore.

Tested it on a few things....and I doubt Gnolls have +2 Weapons

According to what's in the palette, it does soak.
  Did you recently apply an elemental resistance to the armor?

No...nothing. Its brand new.

Would dropping it in and out the ox do anything?

Okay...sorry.....is absorbing from the Rat damage in sewers....

But I guess that means the Gnolls outside the Spirit Desert....and the Bugbears outside the Hempstead Fields must have +2 weapons?

Not +2, they have +1 weapons which is what you need in order to pierce Dire Bear leather. Perhaps the bugbears will be fixed, but as far as the armour, it is working as intended.
