*sitting along the tree branch watching those roaming about the wolfswood without a clue turning in circles as they get lost within the trees and shaking his head*
these humans ill have to give them , they are amusing
they come to the wilds from their cities and wearing fancy shiny leathers get all upset when they fall into a patch of mud
*chuckles to himself* they rush about like ants without antennae, no destination, just seeing one tree after the other and then turning back upon themselves
this one pair has gone in a circle for what must be almost three hours now
*giving the falcon perched on his shoulder a walnut*
they are fun to watch for a time arent they my friend
ive almost prepared to seek out earth whisperer, and see how well i can find my inner primal energy again
perhaps with his help i can redirect it, in fact he can aid me in the gathering myself into a new form maybe
but it wil be good to see him again, and to make sure he had no ill effects from those corath captors we saved him from
its been a few years so im sure he will be much larger then before, but so far i havent heard many speak of young bronzes flying about the mountains near vehl, so he must have flown home to the east
*runs a light finger atop the falcons head* i think being a dragon would be good for me dont you swift one?
*a series of chirps as the falcon butted his finger and with a chuckle gives him another nut to eat*
shall we help the lost ones or let them wander
lets go lead them out before they start going out of their heads
* with a chirp the falcon flies up as he slides down from the branch to the leaf covered ground below*

sitting under the tree still in pain from the burns, newly healed lacing his legs*
i was stupid, and didnt take the right precautions
felt that icy touch for being stupid as well, the soul gatherer took a piece, her third, and if i have anything to do about it her last from me
paws are for killing slimes not feet
i wont ever make that mistake again
i shouldnt have made it this time, but i was trying to help glitch and his strange elf friend
prepare before you have to fight
*cringes as his newly healed pink skin pulls slightly*
my paws come effortlessly now, without thought i can become my greatest ally the fast cheetah
my paws are dipped in flames though with the aid of natures merge
*leaning back and looking into the night sky of the wolfswood canopy, the squirrels dancing on the branches with their nuts tucked away for safe keeping, and the stubborn old panther still trying to climb into the tree like he was a cub again.*
time takes it toll on my animal friends, and even those very few human ones as well
some use magic so they dont age fast, and some should just grow old gracefully
the bowl is safe in kobals hands, so he can free the others from their cave prison
there is that tricky mage with the funny skull helm as well
kobal didnt trust him cause he dresses in coraths colors,
well if he crosses my path his hands will lose fingers just like chanda,
corathites may taste bad, but crippled they cant do much harm to others
lets see if he can wiggle some magic with half a hand
shouldnt be hard to find him, with his giant blood shield
*slowly closing the leaf in half and storing it away in his pouch, the still aching burn pain sends a shiver once more and he leans into the soft moss, as the healing salve continues its work*

a pair of new leaves have arrived on Mistone. I have yet to see them but the winds carry word of their arrival
seems those of the order have come and gone of late, not many roaming about, leaving the near places to the cityfolk and returning to the deep groves.
not sure the city folk can handle it all but we will see
took a trip to the whitehorn and sought a lens of sort to see some comet for a gnome
helping alot of gnomes of late, and both times the same result
there was a strange mage, more of those running about as well
demanded payment for him and his fellows
most fell to the mudwyrm
but i was able to revive them, before falling myself to those rabid rats
the wyrm took my lightning staff and slippery belt in exchange for the gnomes lens
i have to find that mage he owes me one staff and one slippery belt
if not i will wait and find a better time to see him
i havent found any traces of earth whisperer as yet,we shall see as i head back to brenuth and check the cavern

was heading south passed prantz when i passed the gates, inside there was such a commotion i went and entered that foul feeling place
i saw some of the rebel gnomes, beaten and chained and they were to be executed
they were so stoic, and brave even though they knew they were going to die
they all shouted the same thing when they died and the only part i understood was they said Wi's name
but i can figure out they were crying for their freedom as well
those dwarves have gone too far, its time they found out what its like to have someone pick on them for a change
im going to post these leaves across the isles for all to see to summon those who hate slavery as much as i do
then lets see how well the dwarves fare when they have a druid and some dragoncalled to deal with
maybe we can deal an even bigger blow to that fat dwarf in prantz then had been thought of
*leans down to write his niissive on large leaves and dripping sap to cover his letters and then gemdust to make them shine bright*
now lets gather my friends and see about saving some of those gnomes
*shifting into a falcon and soaring high into the air with his leaves held in his talons as he begins the journey over the isles*

a while has passed and so very much has happened
whisperer is one of the sick, now i have a stronger purpose to help miss jenn and the others find the end to the toxin, to heal my friend
met a few more dragons, trapper a wily young one who loves swamp lizard for snacks
i sat and watched a blue on dregar who was hunting giants, they move like cats even with their great size, measuring their food before they strike the one they wish to eat the most
there is word of a sickened copper dragon in phal near westgate, and how something may control him
that thought makes me sick that one would try to control such a noble part of nature, by sickness and torment
we prepare to aid those who are in chains far below, though the actual day we move is yet to be set it is very soon
words from the far east, giant eagles being tortured by something in the southern reaches of belinara
i have heard that rhizome is on the move south to investigate such, as well as i received word by giant eagle to gather friends to end the threat to nature and the birdlord's friends
the gnomes will be in time, i am preparing food for them as i head east to find what would have the guts to threaten nature so close to the oak as butcher one of the eagles
they will know they have erred when natures fury sweeps them from the isles
*looking up as the sun begins to set, Khuren stashes his small leaf and crouches on the limb watching again as the drake has returned to hunt, listening to every sound, chirp, chitter and bellow that comes from the small wyrmkin*

whisperer as i knew him is no more
he has fallen to those foul cultists and their dragon toxin, making him grow immensely and driving him mad with sickness
perhaps with the cure the essence that is my friend can be healed and grown back into the body with time
but for now its so far buried and remote covered by the core of the toxin, noone thinks its possible
since my long captivity, i havent felt like i did when i was younger, but in recent weeks i have begun to let nature flow through me again, her touch comforts me as before, and i feel some of my hatred for the humans receding
the oak still stands resolute, even with the humans all about
i must follow the example of the tree and the heirophant
im sure he doesnt care for all that humans do or have done in the past or will do in the future
but the larger picture is the important one
though i have become more shaded in my views from the trees, i must follow my oaths and guide those who dont have direct contact with the land
i hear the others talk of ancient kingdoms, and artifacts, some of those have been returned to the druids
some others have been replaced in the hands of their keepers as well
those who returned the bowl to the oak didnt know i was with them, in my form change, they saw only a druid girl
the bowl that takes whatever is put within and splits it into its very essense, good pure on one side and evil and foul on the other
*he looks up suddenly from his twig dripped in tree sap and reads what he just wrote*
splits into its two parts
i have to find the others there may be a cure for the dragons afterall and without the aid of the red one
*dusting the leaf with gemdust and rolling it into his pouch he slips to the ground down the trunk and four paws hit silently heading to the town to find his friends*
