Not quite. I think it's a tileset bug as we're just linking door-to-door. We'd have to put down a destination waypoint and change the ATs to be one-way, etc.
There's no way to really set the "direction" of a door when transitioning. This is very much like the buggy cave entrances when transitioning out of the cave and you end up facing sideways or backwards or something. A specifically-placed waypoint is the only way.
Not saying it's hard, but just a few extra steps.
