Skabot Redwulf has passed away.

Well, the Soul Mother finally caught him.  I have just recieved news from Az-Ptol that our longtime friend and compatriot Skabot Redwulf has passed into the afterlife at the hands (or axes) of the giants who dwell in the Forrest of Fog.  His body has been brought to Czukay's mansion in Prantz, where it is being prepared for burial, pending application to the Hall of Heroes in Willow's Weep. He will be buried with all of his possessions, as well as more than a few of mine that he had borrowed at the time, as would be his wishes.  Join me now in a moment of silence, friends of Skabot, and pray that he does not slaughter the Soul Mother, lest dead adventurers rise en mass from the graves in a mad necromantic stampede.

Farewell my friend, you shall be sorely missed.

*Learning of the news from Az-Ptol and Farros Galdor as they depart from the forests near Corax Lake, Ni'haer passes by Count Czukay's mansion and contemplates for a moment before leaving for Mistone.*

"It seems that my mentor has fallen, great potential lost to such stupid creatures, what a cruel irony. No matter since I no longer need his teachings. Nonetheless, such great potential snuffed out in the blink of an eye, what a waste."

*He leaves in a slower pace as he contemplates further, keeping his head low in reverence of a great Sorcerer.*

*The knight dressed in simply dark blue and black clothes arrives to the house, walking along him a child of his 11 years, they both walk silently, and it's seems that the boy is restraining to run of play, they arrive to the mansion to pay respects to the body, his face is a mask of mixed feelings, as he walks thru the halls of the mansion till he arrives to see the body.

After some time there he and the boy thanks to the host feeling a bit oddly to be there in first place, If he sees Farros he spends some time with him as well speaking in low voice, finally leaving for his house,

During the way back home the knight and the boy are seem to be speaking about something where duty and suffering are part of the matter *

Czukay comes home from being inert in the depths of some lost crypt in the forest. Coming to hear the news as he travels back to Prantz he rushes home secretly hoping to capture some last essence of his Squires blood for rituals of darkness. * The burning bloodied skull hanging from his waist , he comes to Skabots body and lurches over him saying a prayer through gritting bloodied teeth to god knows what. * Czukay walks amongst the guests of his house admiring the disgust of the looks on their faces knowing its the smell that they can't quite figure out...

He thinks to himself how odd it is that he outlived his young Squire, and the countless times that Skabot had made him a killing machine, a whirling blade of darkness...those days now to an end, the grimness of the situation beating in his own mind knowing that that soul mother waits ever so feverently clawing at his last shred of soul , the thought makes him smile.

He lowers his head in one last moment of silence for his good friend Skabot, and it is then that he hears his laugh from behind some eternal void echoing out of existence forever.
