*** BUMP ***

Everyone... Hlint is STILL quarantined.  Just because we may not have the signs and guards out front (which can happen if the server crashes) doesn't mean Hlint is open. I know of over a half-dozen characters who have violated this quarantine within the last week.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, HLINT IS OFF LIMITS TO EVERYONE, EXCEPT FOR A SELECT FEW CHARACTERS WHO SHOULD BE THERE. ANYONE ELSE FOUND TO BE IN HLINT UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED WILL LIKEWISE BE QUARANTINED, WITH POSSIBLE CHARACTER-ALTERING CONSEQUENCES.

Please, everyone...we've asked this repeatedly.  Have some respect for what we're trying to do, and for the fact that we cannot always be immediately responsive to server resets. Both Rowana and I have had extremely full schedules over the last week. I did the last reset from work and as such I was not able to get in and set things up again. At the same time, Rowana had computer troubles and also could not set things up either.  These things happen, but the RP of the world goes on. Please keep this in mind.

The server has been reset, but the signs and guards are not up because I cannot get in-game to do so. However, Hlint is still under quarantine.

So stay out.

This means you.

And then the small town was hit by a new threat... months and months of backed up mail!  As if driven to action by the Bird Lord himself, swarms upon swarms of cawing, shrieking, flapping feathery friends descend upon the town like a legion of locusts, frantically swooping down on the poor people with adeluge of previously undeliverable letters, birthday wishes and get-well-soon cards.   Nary a statue or freshly washed wagon is left unscathed by the "gifts" left behind by the wave of postal services.

//whoohoo! time to deliver some mail. ;)

Charlie waits eagerly to get in behind the scores of mailmen, a not so fresh brace of goblin ears thrown over his back.
