hi

i just found your website and world today. it looks GREAT. i have been reading the background and world history, some about the deities and i am impressed by the level of detail you've gone into here. i hope that i'll be able to participate, even tho i'm coming off a macintosh platform.

at any rate, megakudos for the folks who've put this together. it really looks like you've put a lot of effort and love into this

This game is highly addictive and can easily consume your real life if not balanced.

*laughs* Hopefully that warning didn't scare you too much, but seriously, the depth and detail of this world created by Leanthar and the entire GM team (past and present) is truly amazing.  The best part is that YOU are in control of how in depth you want your character or characters to be.  Many of the players in this world are also incredible and a complete joy to RP and have fun with.  In short, welcome!

Oh, btw, There are others in the community that play on MACs, so that shouldn't be a problem (just post for some help if you get stuck somewhere).

thanks again! i'm just now d/l-ing the haks - there's more than i thought - it might take a while - but i can't wait to check out the world of Layo and hopefully meet some of you there!

(character's been approved - i just haen't finished getting the ncessary files)
