i have to admit: I´m lazy! Playing for some time now and enjoying the fantastic community, i almost forgot to say hello.
Well, hello there!  
It´s getting more and more like coming home and having a nice PnP session with lots of friends, which i actually did, many years ago.

All the builders, DMs and everybody involded in creating this world have done a tremendous job. Thank you all!

What else to say...?
Well, i´m the german guy who´s a real slowpoke typingwise, cause i actually have to think what i want to say, so have mercy and a little patience with me, will you?  

Anything left ? Ah yes, 42 years old, freelancing musician, that´s why i have lots of free time to spend on the server.

Same here,Trith. It´s getting really hard to find people over 30 able and willing to gather round a table and throw some dice. Dunno, but i think, PnP is not very popular here in Germany; the best and longest sessions i´ve played were actually with some british friends of mine while i was living in munich.

Anyway, Layo´s the best alternative universe i´ve found so far and i think, i´m gonna stick to it, thanks to you and the rest of all the great people that helped me to get going.

I lost my patience for the dice a while back.  I love the online implementation since the computer rolls all the dice.  The more complex the rules got the more dice and calculations had to be made for PnP and that really detracted from the experience for me but online it's just focus on the story and let the computer roll the dice and I prefer that much more as I have gotten older. Maybe that has something to do with it too.

Yes, Skywatcher, i see your point. But remember those moments, when the dice left your hand, dancing around the table and then....a true 20!!!
Ah, those were the days ! *grins* And maybe the DM would give you a detailed and gruesome description, what your greatsword did to that poor goblin, daring to confont you...*dozes off to nostalgic dreams*
