      i have download the all in one hak and the one under it but it still says that i need to download the v19

      The "v19" is the .TLK file.  It's the link right under the "all-in-one" download.

      Make sure you put the .TLK file in your "tlk" subfolder.  If you don't have one, make one.  It should be on the same level as the "hak" folder in your NWN tree.

        You need to make sure the layonara_v19.tlk is un-RARed and placed into the TLK subfolder.  If it's anywhere else or has not been extracted from the .RAR file, then it will not be found by the game.

        You can always check the other folders and see if you misplaced it, or delete everything and redownload it...I've never had a problem with it, so you should have it.
