The jokes on me

I had a pretty good week of vacation, starting Friday the 14 of nov, and from the planning I was supposed to get back to work today. SO i got up early do my chores at home as usual, jump in the shower and all. Didn't shave today.. didn't feel like it. Then hop on the bus for an hour tour until I reach work. I get there talk with a few colleges, wishing me happy belated birthday. Then I log on my computer and check the daily schedual to see if I had any marketing training to do today, to find out..

I was still on vacationO.o

Take my coat, say goodbye to my colleges, an other hour of buss ride, and here I am now.. hitting my head on my computer desk.

Although I officially start back work to morrow.

Did the same once many years ago.

Walked into work... and saw someone sat at my desk.

Poked them in the back and... a little tired and hung over from the night before... rather unpolitely asked what the hell they were doing sat in my seat.

The man looked at me confused and said this was his seat.

A long look around... and I realised I didn't know a single person I saw.


I'd went into work on a Saturday.
I think the weekend shift laughed about that all day.

Although I should add... the weekend shift filled my stapler every weekend from that day forth. ( They usually didnt )

ha! yeah that also happened to me more than once. I have a problem with keeping track of which day of the week I'm at.
