Well, with breakfast #1 of the day I'll usually have two bowls of some healthy cereal and some berries (if they're in season). With breakfast #2, the same. But with #3 it may only be one bowl, but two or three different fruits - either added in or not. Oh, and ya, the milk is usually skim, though if I'm trying to bump my calories up, I'll up it to 1%. 2% if I'm feeling really wild
