The caster presents a set of hyperlinks on a forum or internet post. These links may be raw, or prepared via the use of magical URL shorteners (1d6 minutes to prepare). The first will save (DC 20) is required for someone viewing the post to resist clicking one or more of the links. The second will save (DC 40-60, variable) is to prevent feelings of delight, entertainment, and brain-melting cuteness at the resultant videos. "Cat-people" get a +5 circumstantial bonus to their save.
Those who fail their saves will find themselves overcome with a variant of Tasha's Hideous Laughter, and be unable to think of anything serious for 1d4 minutes. They will also be seized with a mild compulsion to pass the spell's effects on to their friends.
