Though Explorer needs to be a bit more paranoid and manic, asking you twenty times if you're SURE that you want to see a page, are you REALLY REALLY sure? Then once the user finally convinces the browser to proceed, it sits there and stalls for 2 minutes... then just throws midget porn at the poor guy.
I always wanted to make a short animated flick about an advertising avatar commandeering a PC user's attempts to work on his own computer. Bargain Buddy! The guy keeps trying to check his email and surf while the wicked, nasal voiced little Bargain Buddy hops all around the screen trying to trick him into clicking on banners and spying on him for the government. "I stole your packets, foo!" There has to be a scene where it ctually grabs his pointer on the screen and tug-o-wars with the owner to try and force him to click on something, where he's physically straining trying to move his mouse... ahhh
