Bioware NWN 1.69 Released -- DO NOT UPDATE

I just updated to 1.69 from some version many years old, I then ran the reverter. The reverter gave me an error:

Get the critical rebuild.

The patch has been aborted

So I downloaded the critical rebuild and ran it. Then I ran the reverter again with the same error.

Am I doing something wrong?

I fixed it. I downloaded and ran the 1.68 critical rebuild and although the version numbers seem to be a bit inconsistent now, the game is version 1.68.

I assume this is no longer relevant? The Upper Right hand corner of the screen here says Layonara has Updated to version 1.69.
