Title: earth domain

My cleric has the Earth domaon and under it's description it says access to stone skin at 4th level. I am 4th level now and I don't see any stone skin spells available. Is this a 4th level spell?

You will get Stoneskin as a 4th level spell, not at 4th character level. So when you get 4th level spells, probably at cleric level 7, then stoneskin will be available.
