Fixed bug causing epic chars with the Soul Mothers Defense feat to trigger the permed cutscene even if they hadn't yet reached 15 Death Tokens
Fixed bug where it was possible to use a shovel while invisible, ethereal or greater Sanced and the spell effects remained.
Modifyed PvP behaviour so you cannot collect a DT if you are killed by another PCs summons/familar/henchman
Modified Blade Barrier to account for improved evasion
